1. Can you bill
my insurance company?
At this time
we do not bill insurance companies. You must pay
for the service up front and submit the
paid invoice to your insurance.
3. How do I know
if I need a flatbed?
If your vehicle is 4 wheel drive, All wheel
drive, or your have a flat tire opposite of
drive axle (example: You have a front
flat on a rear wheel drive car), If you have
excessive damage due to an accident, or you have
a rear wheel drive car on the highway. Certain
vehicles with ground effects will need a flatbed
as well. We recommend flatbeds for "exotic,
antique and project cars", and any car that
has been modified from the manufacturers
original production may need special handling.
4. Can you tow my
vehicle if it is in a parking garage?
Our
smallest truck has a clearance of 7ft 4in. We
are able to send a service truck to pull your
car out of garage for an additional charge.
5. What
information do I need to get my car towed?
We
will need to know the location of your vehicle,
the type of vehicle you have, year, make, model,
color, license plate, and the address and
business of where your car is being towed, what is wrong with the vehicle, your
phone number and how you are paying.
6. What are your
hours of operation?
We
tow vehicles 24 hours a day 7 days a week, open
all holidays including Christmas.
All invoices are due at time of service, unless
the vehicle is towed to a repair shop we have an
account with
then you may be able to add your towing bill on
to the repair shop bill. Keep in mind this
may be an additional cost. Your best bet is to
always pay up front.
8. What is a fuel
surcharge?
Since the rise in prices of fuel we have
implemented a fuel surcharge to help make up for
the fluctuation in fuel prices, rather than
changing our rates all the time.
9. Do I have to
be with the vehicle?
No,
you do not need to be with the vehicle as long
as you leave the keys with the car and let us
know how you are paying. (Example: You
are paying by check but are unable to meet the
driver, our dispatchers would calculate the
mileage and should be able to give you the price
therefore you may leave the check in the vehicle
along with the keys, common places keys are left
are: under the floor mat, above the visor, in
the gas flap, in the ignition, on the tire.) You
just need to let our dispatchers know where you
will be leaving the key.
10. What forms of
payment do you accept?
We
accept cash, approved checks and most forms of
instant cash (t-check, efs check, etc), charge (Discover,
American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners
Club)
